Towels to Soak Up Moisture
Jeaninne's current basement drainage system wasn't super effective, so she turned to towels to soak up the moisture as it seeped in. While it helped with the situation, it was not a real fix for her basement water issues!
Wall Moisture and Vapor Barrier
The CleanSpace Wall system now completely covers Jeaninne's basement walls, creating not just a cleaner look but also an effective moisture and vapor barrier. This wall covering forces any water seepage from the walls down and into the drainage system below.
WaterGuard Drainage System Installed
The WaterGuard drainage system is installed on top of the foundation footing to capture any water. Plus, with it sitting here, it's outside of the mud zone, meaning it won't become clogged with dirt, roots, or debris.
Nearly Discreet System
After the WaterGuard is in place, it's covered with a fresh layer of concrete! It makes the system nearly discrete, with just the top of the system's wall flange visible.
Adding in a Sump Pump
No complete waterproofing system is complete without a reliable sump pump system! By adding the SuperSump, Jeaninne now has a reliable system capable of pumping up to 2,280 gallons per hour!
