Wet Basement Floor
As the weather turned warmer, the snow and heavy rain outside soon pushed their way into Chris's basement. This caused the floors and walls in many parts of his basement to become wet or damp.
Interior Drainage System
To ensure that water seeping into Chris's basement would be collected rather than spread throughout it, we installed the WaterGuard Drainage system. This patented system allows it to easily collect water seeping in, not just from the walls but also from the floor!
Sealed In Perimeter Drainage
What makes the WaterGuard drainage system even better is that it's installed above the home's footer, so it's out of the mud zone under the floor. Then it's sealed over with concrete, making it nearly discreet but still highly effective!
Effective Wall Covering
Those dark and damp walls in Chris's basement won't be an issue for him any longer thanks to the CleanSpace Wall System. This bright white liner covers his walls, creating a moisture and vapor barrier!
Added A Sump Pump
Chris's basement waterproofing system would have been complete without adding a super-powerful and effective sump pump to push the collected water up and out of his basement. Thanks to the Zoeller pump in his new SuperSump Plus, which takes care of that!
