Old Sump Pump System
As water came in, there was no way for it to get out again, thanks to the old sump pump in Thomas and Lynn's basement. Water wasn't always ambling in, and the few times it did, they couldn't hear or see the system kick on to help push it up and out.
New Drainage System
The major component in turning Thomas and Lynn's basement from wet to dry was installing the WaterGuard drainage system. It will collect any moisture seepage and help ensure it flows down and into the sump pump system.
Sealed In and Cleaned Up
Once the system is fully implemented, it's sealed with concrete, creating a smooth, seamless, semi-discreet look. The only part you'll see after is the top of the system's wall flange!
Sump Pump Upgrade
But what really made Thomas and Lynn's basement waterproofing project a success was installing a SuperSump Plus. This powerful and reliable sump pump will push all of the water up and out of their basement!
Easy Access To The System
To ensure this system can be properly maintained, several clean-out ports are added throughout the system. This allows our team to flush the system during annual maintenance and check for any issues!
Wall System Installed
BrightWall panels were added to ensure that Thomas and Lynn have an effective moisture and vapor barrier installed. Plus, they help brighten up their basement, too!
Messy Basement Clean Up
Towels, blankets, and drop cloths were what Thomas and Lynn quickly pulled to help with their basement water issues! While it did help soak up what was coming in, it didn't stop the water from continuing to seep in.
