Damage to Basement Floor
Joanne knew she had serious water intrusion issues after seeing the condition of the edges of her basement floor! They were stained, discolored, and damp, all signs of water damage you typically find in a basement.
Build Up in Sump Pump Liner
This sump pump system setup worked well, but not great. Sediment, dirt, and debris could easily enter the system because it lacks a secure lid or liner.
New Drainage Solution Implemented
Water won't be able to seep over Joannes' basement floor anymore, not that she has an effective interior drainage system in place. Our WaterGuard drainage system sits right where the floor and walls meet, so it can capture that moisture seeping in and ensure it flows down to the sump pump system!
Nearly Discreet After Concrete
After the WaterGuard drainage system is installed along the full perimeter of the basement, it's sealed in place with concrete. Thai allows the system to be nearly discreet, with only the top of the wall flange visible, so Joanne will hardly know it's there!
Upgraded Sump Pump
Joanne's old sump pump system was replaced with the SuperSump Plus! This system comes with a SuperLiner that has perforations to capture groundwater and an airtight lid to keep out pests and debris!
