Signs of Water Damage Hiding
With so much against the walls around Donell's basement, it was hard for them to realize what was really happening in the space. But the musty smells they would catch a whiff of were a clear indicator that something was lurking!
Peeling and Chipped Paint
After moving items away from the walls, Donell discovered what was truly lurking behind them! Water seepage had started to cause the paint to bubble, peel, and expose the wall underneath.
Bright New Wall Covering
Step one of Donell's basement waterproofing project began with BrightWall panels being hung. They not only create a clean look to the space but also act as an effective moisture and vapor barrier!
Drainage Solution Installed
tep two in the waterproofing process was to install a new perimeter drainage system. The WaterGuard drainage system collects moisture seepage from the ground, and the walls keep Donell's basement dry!
A More Reliable Sump Pump Solution
The third and final step of this waterproofing project was to install a SuperSump Plus. Now water can be pushed up and out of Donell's reliably thanks to this system's powerful Zoeller pump.
Sealed in Systems
Once every system is in place, it is all sealed in with fresh concrete! This helps create a smooth and seamless look for Donell's waterproofing project!
