Cracked and Leaking Wall
This corner wall crack wasn't a new issue in Ron's basement! Over time, it had been leaking, leading to water pooling and causing puddles and discoloration on the floor.
Wall Cracks Repaired
In each corner of Ron's basement were leaking wall cracks. Those won't be an issue anymore after we repaired them using Xyoex and installed BrightWall to ensure any moisture is directed into the drainage system.
Interior Drainage System in Place
The water now directed down is collected by the WaterGuard drainage system. Since it has a wall flange, it can easily collect that water seeping down, so it won't end up all over Ron's basement floor.
Added In a Sump Pump
The original sump pump was all the way over on the other side of Ron's basement. We added a second pump system on this side. This helps ensure all the water can easily flow into the SuperSump Plus and out of Ron's basement!
