Severely Leaking Wall Crack
As cracks in Pamela's basement walls grew, so did the amount of water coming out. It left the walls and floors damaged, moist, and a rising area of concern!
Plugging and Patching The Wall Crack
To seal the cracks and prevent further moisture from seeping in, a Xypex System was used. It's a hydraulic-like cement that dries down quickly, creating a reliable repair!
Clean Finished Repair
But we didn't stop there when fixing the wall cracks! To create a brighter, cleaner look, we add BrightWall on top. They also act as a moisture and vapor barrier.
Drainage System Implemented
Below the repairs and along the walls of Pamerla's basement, a new interior drainage system was added. The WaterGuard drainage system is below the floors, so under that fresh concrete, to capture any moisture through the wall flange above and inlet holes below!
A Super New Sump Pump System
Along the walls of Pamela's basement, we installed the WaterGuard drainage system. It sits under the floor, right on top of the home's footer, allowing it to capture any moisture that seeps its way in!
