CleanSpace Wrapped Walls
Wall seepage is a thing of the past, thanks to the CleanSpace Wall System! All the walls were wrapped in a thick, pool-like liner that serves as a vapor and moisture barrier. This system also helps ensure any water seeping through the walls is directed into the drainage system below.
Drainage System Under the Fresh Concrete
That fresh layer of concrete is locking in Corine's new WaterGuard drainage system, which collects any water seepage from the walls and along the floor-to-wall joint. Now water is effectively captured in this nearly discreet system!
Tying In the System
Corinne opted to keep her current sump system, and our team was able to tie in her new system to it. Now with this mix of new and old, her basement is ready for whatever flows its way!
