She can pick up the towel on the floor and put away the rake for the well duct after new systems are installed to ensure water seepage is discreetly collected and directed out of her home, leaving her with a dry basement to enjoy. Jaqueline's basement wasn't ready for a close-up! It still had water seepage, dirt, and dampness throughout.

DIY Water Cleanup System

Seepage slowly making its way under the paneled walls was originally solved with a towel. Great solution for the short term, but for the long term, Jacqueline will need something more permanent!

Clogged Window Wells Outside

A clogged window well can be a huge and messy issue for any home! Without a proper cover and drainage in place, the window became a clogged swamp sitting right against Jacqueline's home.

Implementing a Full Perimeter of Drainage

Jacqueline won't have to reach for a towel to wipe up water seepage now that she has the FlowGuard drainage system in place, which is a perfect fit for the thinner concrete floors of her home and effectively collects every bit of moisture seeping in along the basement perimeter.

Sealing in the System

Once that FlowGuard drainage system is covered over in concrete, you'd hardly know it's there! Only the wall flange is visible, letting the system easily collect any seepage that may come through the walls, completely unobstructed.

Reliable Sump Pump Installed

As water comes in, it needs a way out of Jacqueline's basement! That's where the SuperSump Plus comes into play. This system collects moisture and pushes it up and out of the basement, keeping it nice and dry!

Updated and Clean Window Well

Jacqueline's old window well was replaced with a SunHouse Basement Window Well Enclosure. Now that the lid is in place, water, dirt, debris, and critters won't be able to get in.

Proper Drainage In Place

At the bottom of the newly installed SunHouse Window Well Enclosure is a WellDuct Window Well Drain. Just in case any moisture does get in, it won't sit up against the house like before. Instead, this well duct helps direct that water into Jacqueline's interior drainage system, then to the sump, and away from her home!

Refinished Basement Walls

This may have been the last, but by no means the least, part of this project, repairing the walls that needed to be rough-cut to install Jacqueline's waterproofing system. The EverLast Wall Panels are durable, moisture-resistant, and will not support mold or mildew growth, making them perfect for this basement makeover!
