Prepping the Area
Every good repair starts with good prep work! Our team took their time to carefully chip out the crack to fully expose it, setting us up for a successful repair.
Applying the Xypex
It may not look the prettiest, but it does get the job done! This Xypex system is a hydraulic-like cement that fills and seals the crack in Lien's basement wall. Plus, it helps ensure moisture won't have a chance to get back through

But why stop with just the repair and not take it another step further for extra protection? A BrightWall panel helps ensure that if moisture ever finds its way through, it is drained discreetly down to the drainage below.
Finishing the Repair
Our last step was to add a strip of the WaterGuard drainage system. This helps collect any moisture and ensure it flows into the current drainage system in her home, so she won't have to worry about new puddles popping up around this repair!
