Bare Basement Wall With Water Seepage
Water seemed to be getting in from everywhere in Corey's basement. All around the perimeter, there were damp spots, and in other places, puddles had started to form. Not a situation that anyone needs in their basement!

Water had a way in, but just not a way out! With only a hole in the ground and no sump pump in sight, any moisture that crept into Corey's basement had no efficient way to go out.
Capturing Water Seepage
Thin basement floors didn't stop us from adding an effective drainage system to Corey's basement. The FlowGuard drain system offers a wall flange and inlet holes like our other interior drain products, but it can sit perfectly under a thinner basement floor without compromising its effectiveness in capturing water seepage.
Basement Vapor Barrier Added to Walls

Goodbye to the Hole in the Ground
That hole in the floor is officially gone! It was replaced with the SuperSump Plus, which will collect any water seepage and push it up and out of Corey's basement. No more lingering water down here!
