Not A Submarine Window
Basement windows can sometimes leak as water builds up against them, like what was happening for Jason. To make matters worse, grass, weeds, and debris were overtaking that tiny gap in front, doing absolutely nothing to help keep moisture away!
Dark and Damp Inside
Light is always a huge help for a basement! But when half of the window is blocked with dirt, debris, and buildup outside, then it means it's time for a change to see things in a brighter light!
Letting In Light Again
A SunHouse Window Enclosure is about to bring in even more light to Jason's basement! The light-colored bottom helps reflect sunlight down into the space, brightening things up like never before.
Creating a Path
A drain hole is drilled just beneath the window, with a drain added to the other side at the bottom of the SunHouse enclosure. Together, they create a clear path for water to travel so Jason never has to worry about a wall of water building up against his basement windows again!
Dropping it Down Effectively
Water won't just find its way through the hole we made and into the basement! We placed a WellDuct over it, and it acts as a vertical extension of the WaterGuard drainage system, channeling water straight from the window well down into the drainage system installed below.
