Stained Basement Floor
Light edges and a darker middle for the design of a basement floor? That wasn't what Richard pictured when he painted it all those years ago. But as water seeped in and dried, it left behind dirt and minerals called efflorescence, creating a new design across the basement floor!
Troublesome Old Dehumidifier
There was a bit of a plot twist with the dehumidifier Richard bought at the store down the road. What was supposed to help keep his basement dry only made the problem worse. After constantly emptying the tray multiple times a day, it overflowed, leading to an even wetter basement for Richard to deal with!
Newly Installed Drainage System
The WaterGuard drainage system was installed to stop water from ever getting into Richard's basement. Sitting right against the wall and slightly below ground, it collects moisture seeping in through the walls and floor.
A Super Sump Pump Upgrade
When water seepage is collected, where does it go? That's a great question, with an even better answer for Richard's basement! The SuperSump Plus collects all that moisture and, thanks to its powerful Zoeller pump, pushes it far up and away from the basement!
Sealed In Sytem
But the best part of any basement waterproofing project, like Richard's, is seeing everything sealed in with fresh concrete! Under this section is the WaterGuard drainage system. You'd barely notice it, but if you look closely, you'll spot just the top of the wall flange peeking through!
