Unsteady Supports
Some were leaning a little to the left, while others leaned a little to the right. That's not what you want to see from the posts meant to stabilize and hold up the main beam of your house! It was time to put something more stable in place!
Water-Overtaken Basement
Water was no stranger to Dana's basement. Looking around the space, you could see the effects it had taken, from damp spots to stains and even efflorescence, that white chalky substance across the basement walls!
Solution For A Sagging Floor
We replaced those tilting old supports with several SmartJacks! Each is installed on a precast concrete pad over compacted stone, and unlike masonry or wood supports, they won't settle, move, or rot. At the top, a threaded post cap locks in the joists to give steady, lasting support!
The Answer To A Leaky Wall
Basement wall paints like DryLok promise a lot but often end up chipping, peeling, and leaking. But with the CleanSpace Wall System, Danna will get bright, clean, easy-to-maintain walls that also act as a moisture and vapor barrier, sending any water seepage straight to her perimeter drain system below.
Water's Going Up and Away
Danna's great waterproofing system needed a reliable, long-lasting sump pump to go with it! That's why we installed a SuperSump Plus with its top-quality Zoeller pump. It's one of the best on the market, capable of pumping up to 2,280 gallons per hour!
