We helped stop water at Tom's biggest trouble spot by installing the WaterGuard drainage system! It sits on top of the footer where the wall and floor meet, so it can capture moisture trickling down from above and seeping up from below.
Sealed-in System
The best part of this interior drainage system is that it's hidden right in plain sight! Under that freshly laid concrete lies the system, with clean-out ports for easy maintenance and the tippy top of the wall flange visible.
