In some parts of the basement, there was water damage, and mold started to grow. Mold tends to grow in dark and damp environments, so it was important to have it removed. To make sure it won't keep coming back, a good waterproofing sytem is installed!

The Team installed BrightWall® Basement Wall Panels. They create an effective moisture and vapor barrier, directing any water from the walls to the perimeter drains.
WaterGuard Interior Drainage System
After installing the BrightWall Panels, the team installed a WaterGuard drainage system. This system runs along the basement floor to gather water and send it to the sump pump. The drainage channel is beneath a layer of concrete, with only the top edge visible, so you can hardly see it once it's set up!

To help prevent mold growth from coming back and keep those musty odors away, we installed the SaniDry™ Sedona Dehumidifier. This small but efficient dehumidifier removes excess moisture from the air!
