Basement Filled With Water

The water was coming in from the walls and the areas where the walls and floors meet. As the water was being pushed in from hydrostatic pressure, it would go onto the floor and pool up since there was no drainage system in place.

CleanSpace Basement Finishing Wall System

This is a thick white poly sheet material that works as a moisture and vapor barrier. It helps to capture all the moisture from the walls and direct it down the perimeter drain system. Plus, CleanSpace is waterproof, stain-resistant, and easy to clean and maintain over time.

WaterGuard Basement Drainage System

This system is designed to sit below a layer of concrete and capture water seepage from the CleanSpace and any leaks along where the wall and floor meet. Since the drainage system is covered in a layer of concrete, it becomes nearly invisible, with the top part of the wall flange visible.

SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System

This system features a cast-iron pump that is capable of handling high volumes of pumping, up to 2,280 gallons per hour! Plus, this system sits in a SuperLiner®, which is a plastic sump liner that comes with an airtight lid to keep out pests and debris compared to an open sump pit.
