Bowing Basement Walls
After Ryan had the mold remediated, our Team went in to take a look and see the full scope of the issues in his basement. Not only did they discover water coming in when the walls and floors meet, but also several areas where the walls were bowing in.

Water Damage In Basement
Ryan was struggling with mold in areas of his basement in Buffalo, NY. He knew that he could have the mold removed, but that doesn't mean it won't come back, especially if water is still getting into the space.

I-Beams Installed
To address the bowing walls, several I-Beams were installed. These beams are meant to stabilize the walls to prevent further damage. They are placed vertically against the wall and then securely attached to the joists above and cemented into the floor below.

WaterGuard Basement Drainage System
Unlike traditional exterior systems that are installed outside the foundation or alongside the footing, WaterGuard is installed in the basement. It works to capture all of the water seeping in and direct it down to the sump pump system.

SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System
his pump is a cast-iron pump that offers not only reliability but also high-volume pumping capabilities. The pump sits in a SuperLinerĀ®, which is a plastic sump liner with an airtight lid, eliminating the hazard of having an open sump pit.
