Crack in the Foundation Wall Behind Insulation
Carlos had a crack in the foundation of his basement walls. It was slowly dripping water onto the floor, leaving water stains. Before more water could start coming out, he knew he needed to get it fixed!
Sealing and Plugging The Crack
After the insulation was carefully moved away and the crack was fully exposed, it was time for the repair to begin! To fix the crack, an Xypex Patch'n Plug system was used to plug and seal the crack so no more water can come through.
Waterproofing The Repaired Wall
After the crack was repaired, we installed our BrightWall panels and a strip of WaterGuard drainage system below. These two products will work together to direct any water seepage to the drain system nd off his basement floors!
