Damage To Basement Walls
Due to water seeping in, the paint on the basement walls began to peel and chip off. This left many spots on the basement walls looking damaged and unsightly!
Walls Wrapped in CleanSpace
To cover the damage on the walls and to create an effective moisture barrier, the walls were wrapped in CleanSpace. This thick plastic covering will direct water down to the WaterGuard perimeter drainage system.
Sedona SaniDry System For Humidity
To eliminate musty odors and control humidity levels in the space, our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed. Not only will it keep the air dry, but it also connects to the sump pump system to drain, meaning the homeowner won't have to check the tray daily to avoid overflow.
New SuperSump Installed
A SuperSump sump pump was installed to reliably tackle all the water being drained from the perimeter drainage system. Plus, the SuperSump has a closed lid designed to not only keep pests and dirt out, but also has a specialized port for the SaniDry Sedona to connect to and drain into.
