Water On the Basement Floor
This home's stone foundation had allowed water to seep in over time. There were clear signs of this issue, such as water damage to portions of the floors and walls, as well as it still being wet in many areas.
WaterGuard Installed to Collect Water Seepage
The WaterGuard drainage system was installed to collect any of the water seeping into the basement. After it is installed, a layer of concrete is set over top, making the system nearly invisible, with you only being able to see the top of the flange!
Sump Pump Added to Basement
Before this, the basement did not have a sump pump, so we installed a SuperSump Premier System. This system features a cast iron pump that is capable of pumping up to 2,280 gallons per hour!
