Over time, the water getting into the basement had left water stains on the walls and floors. With so much moisture in the basement, a musty odor began to linger.
Walls Wrapped in CleanSpace
To create an effective moisture and vapor barrier, the CleanSpace Wall System was installed. It will work to direct all of the moisture coming in from the foundation down to the perimeter drain system.
WaterGuard Added To Basement
All of that moisture being directed down from the CleanSpace is captured in the WaterGuard drainage system. This system will collect that moisture and it will flow down to the sump pump, meaning no more water on the basement floors!
SuperSump and SaniDry Sedona Added
An effective and reliable SuperSump Premier System was installed to push all of the moisture collected out and away from the home. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to help eliminate the musty smell that has formed in the basement. Plus, the drain tube for this system can be directly installed into the top of the sump pump lid!
