Prepping for the Repair
Before the Xypex System can be used on the crack, the area must be prepped and ready! We first chip out any faulty concrete and remove all loose materials from the area. Then the crack is saturated with clean water.
Crack Repaired
After the crack is prepped, the Xypex Patch n' Plug System is mixed with water and applied to the area. It's made of a specially designed, fast-setting hydraulic cement compound to stop flowing water in seconds!
BrightWall Panel Placed Over Crack
Once the crack is repaired, the BrightWall Panel is installed directly over it. The BrightWall works to direct any potential moisture seepage down the drainage system below.
Adding in the WaterGuard Drainage System
Below the BrightWall Panel, a strip of the WaterGuard drainage system is installed. The WaterGuard collects any moisture directed down from the BrightWall and helps it to flow into the home's current drainage system.
