On Michael's basement walls, these semi-rigid white plastic panels were installed to drain any possible water seepage down to the perimeter drainage system without you ever knowing!
WaterGuard Perimeter Drainage System
To collect any moisture seeping into the basement, the WaterGuard drainage system is installed. What makes this product different from others is that it is installed alongside the foundation's footing, which keeps wet dirt out of the system to prevent clogging.
SuperSump and SaniDry Sedona Installed
Now that all water is being channeled, it needs a way to get pushed out and away from Michael's home. That's exactly what the newly installed SuperSump system will do with its effective Zoeller cast iron pump! Also, since Michael's basement was struggling with humidity and odor issues, we tackled that by installing not just any dehumidifier but a SaniDry Sedona!
