Stone Foundation Walll
Water was seeping into Anthony's basement through small gaps in the mortar of the stone foundation. Over time, with so much water getting in, it created a humid and musty environment in the basement!
Walls Wrapped in CleanSpace
Since the stone walls are not flat, they were perfect candidates for the CleanSpace Wall System, which stops water vapor, drains water down to the perimeter drainage system, and brightens the basement.
WaterGuard To Keep the Floors Dry
To make sure the water being directed down from the CleanSpace doesn't end up on the basement floor, a perimeter of the WaterGuard drainage system is installed. The drainage system is installed outside the mud zone, allowing it to effectively collect water without becoming clogged by mud.
TripleSafe To Help Keep the Basement Dry
To complete the total basement waterproofing job, a TripleSafe System was installed, giving this basement protection if a pump fails or can't handle the high volumes of water or if there is a power failure.
