To prevent water from building up in the window well outside, a WellDuct is installed. It's a vertical extension of the WaterGuard system that helps drain water from the window well into the basement's interior drainage system.

Inside the home, the WellDuct conduit is installed to guide water from the window well outside to the interior drainage system.

Back outside, an enclosure was added to the window well to help keep out water as well as leaves and other debris. that could clog the system.
