Wet and Shifting Wall
Not only was one wall in Juan's basement beginning to shift and bow, but due to constant water intrusion, the walls and floors were also becoming damaged.
Walls Stabilized
To help support the shifting wall, several I-Beams were installed to stop further movement inward.
CleanSpace Wall Covering Installed
To ensure water wasn't just seeping through the walls and onto the basement floor, the CleanSpace Wall covering was added as an effective moisture barrier that directs any seepage down to the perimeter drainage system.
Keeping The Floors Free of Water
Now that water seepage from the walls is being directed down, it needs to make its way to the sump pump and not onto the floor, so the WaterGuard drainage system was added to help keep Juan's basement dry.
Water Pushed Up and Out
Now that a SuperSump was installed, water can be effectively pushed up and out of the basement thanks to this super system's powerful Zoeller cast iron pump!
