Water Damaged Walls
As water began to seep into Erin's basement, the walls and floor became damaged, but water started to pool in some areas, creating the perfect damp environment for mold to grow.
BrightWall Panels Installed
Along the upper and lower portions of the walls, BrightWall Panels were installed to help create an effective moisture barrier that allows water seeping in to drain behind it.
A Seamless Moisture Barrier
The CleanSpace Wall Covering was used to connect the two panels of BrightWall and ensure that a continuous moisture and vapor barrier was installed on the walls, making this transition as seamless as possible.
WaterGuard Connects To Sump Pump
If you look closely where the wall and floor meet, sticking out of the freshly laid concrete is the flange of the WaterGuard drainage system that was installed to collect and direct all of the water coming down from the wall coverings to Erin's existing sump pump.
