Water on the Basement Floors
After heavy rain, puddles had formed on the basement floors because so much water was seeping in, and over time, this had begun to cause severe water damage in the space.
Non-Clogging Interior Drainage System
Installed below the floor slab, resting on top of the foundation footing so it's out of the mud zone where drains can clog, is the WaterGuard Drainage system. It's designed to capture water seepage and direct it down to the sump pump system.
A Reliable, Long-Lasting Sump Pump
To get water up and out of the basement, a SuperSump system was added, as its cast-iron pump reliably pumps 2220 gallons of water per hour!
Finished Waterproofing System
After the WaterGuard drainage system was sealed over with a fresh layer of concrete, it was nearly invisible, with only the wall flange still visible to collect any water that leaked from the walls.
