Puddles on Basment Floor
With so much water seeping into Mollie's basement, she not only had water damage around the perimeter, but a large puddle had started to form in the middle of the floor!
Large Crack In This Basement
There was a large crack in this basement that always seeped water! The crew used the Xypex Patch n' Plug System to plug the crack and stop water from continuing to seep in.
Wall Covering System
On all of the basement walls, even over the repaired crack, the BrightWall Panels were installed. They will help create a moisture barrier in Mollie's basement as well as brighten up the space!
Interior Drainage System
To keep water off of Mollie's floor, the WaterGuard interior drainage system was installed. This system will collect any moisture being directed down from the BrightWall Panels and any floor seepage.
Reliable Sump pump System
To ensure any water seeping into Molly's basement is effectively pushed up and out, the SuperSump Plus with its powerful cast-iron Zoeller pump was installed.
Small But Mighty Dehumidifer
The SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was installed to help eliminate the muffy feeling that was lingering in Mollie's basement due to so much moisture in the space. It also acts as an air purifier, helping to prevent mold growth, musty odors, and dust mites!
