Water Damaged Basement Walls
These walls were previously painted with Drylok, but over time water still managed to seep in and start to ruin the walls and floors in this basement.
Effective Wall Covering Solution
The thick white poly sheet material on all the walls is called the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier. It creates an effective moisture barrier that forces all water seepage down to the perimeter drain system.
Interior Drainage System Installed
To capture water seepage that has been coming in along the wall/floor joint, the WaterGuard drainage system was installed. It will also capture any water being directed down from the CleanSpace via its wall flange!
Water Goes To Sump Pump System
All the water collected in the WaterGuard drainage system flows to the current sump pump system, keeping this basement nice and dry!
