Water Damaged Floors
Water had started to seep through to Dee's basement, causing water damage. The yellow-brown discoloration and dark stain marks were the clear signs that this had been happening for a while, too!
Permitter Drainage System Installed
To capture the water that had been seeping in at the joint where the wall and floors meet, we installed the flangeless WaterGuard and the FlowGuard drainage system. These two systems work together to capture any water seepage, leaving the floors nice and dry!
Adding In A Sump Pump System
All of the water collected in those drainage systems then flows into a newly installed SuperSump in Gloria's basement. This sump pump is a closed, airtight system to keep dirt and debris out, so the powerful pump can push water up and out of the basement.
