Water Damaged Floors and Walls
Wayne's basement walls had started to seep water all over the walls and floors. This was creating a wet, gross space that Wayne knew was becoming an issue.
Non-Clogging Interior Drainage System
Under that fresh layer of concrete is the WaterGuard drainage system. It is a sub-floor system that sits on top of the foundation footing, out of the "mud zone," so it can easily collect any water seeping into Wayne's basement without being clogged by dirt and debris.
Transforming Bare Walls
Wayne's ugly, damp basement walls were transformed after the BrightWall panels were installed. They not only help to brighten up the basement but also work as an effective moisture and vapor barrier.
Sump Pump and Dehumidifier Installed
All of the water collected in the WaterGuard drainage system flows down to the SuperSump that pushes it up and out of Wayne's basement. Plus, this sump pump system features a closed lid with a spot for the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to easily drain into.
