Water Damage To Floors and Walls
In the area where water was leaking, the walls and floors became discolored and damaged. Due to all the water seeping in, some items Tracci had stored in that area were ruined, leaving her upset and frustrated.
Removing The Damaged Walls
Before our patented waterproofing products could be installed, the crew first had to rough-cut the walls to make room for their installation and remove the damaged parts.
Interior Drainage System Installed
The WaterGuard drainage system was installed along the perimeter of the wall to collect any moisture seeping in from two directions. The first is via the system's wall flange, which collects moisture directed down from the BrightWall, and the second is via the inlet holes in the system, which collect any ground seepage.
Effective Moisture Barrier on Walls
On the lower portion of the wall where water was seeping in, the BrightWall Panel was installed. These panels will help create an effective moisture vapor barrier, directing wall seepage to the perimeter drainage system below.
Patented Sump Pump System
Inside the closet was the perfect spot for our SuperSump to be installed. This sump pump system has a Zoeller cast-iron, 1/3 HP pump that can pump up to 2280 gallons of water per hour!
