Solution for Damp Walls
To create an effective water and moisture barrier on the wall, CleanSpace Wall Covering was installed. This thick white poly sheet material is also maintenance-free, stain-resistant, and easy to clean!
Capturing Moisture Seeping In
The WaterGuard drainage system is a sub-floor system designed not to clog, as it sits on top of the footing and out of the mud zone and does not rely on a filter fabric. This allows water to easily enter the system and flow down to Emma's sump pump system!
Full-Featured Sump Pump System
The SuperSump System not only has a powerful cast-iron pump to push water up and out of the basement but also has a WaterWatch alarm. This will ensure the homeowner is alerted if the pump malfunctions and the water level rises before the basement begins to flood.
