Cracked and Bubbling Wall
Several cracks in Matt's foundation were beginning to leak. This started causing the paint on the walls to crack and bubble, allowing water to seep out onto the basement floor.
Crack Fixed and Waterproofed
The cracks in the wall were plugged and patched using the Xypex System. A BrightWall Panel is installed over the repaired crack, so any water seepage drains into the drainage system below.
Interior Drainage System
Our WaterGuard drainage system was installed along the perimeter of Matt's basement at the seam to collect any water seeping in and direct it down to the sump pump.
SuperSump Plus Installed
The SuperSump Plus has been engineered to help keep basements dry and healthy, even during heavy water intrusion. The system features a Zoeller cast-iron pump that pushes water up and out of Matt's basement.
