Water On Basement Floor
Diane could never find the exact source of the water in her basement. But over time, the water would leak in, damaging the floors and leaving puddles all around.
Drainage System Added
To effectively capture leaking water, the WaterGuard drainage system was installed. It collects seepage from the wall via its flange system and groundwater via inlet holes in the drain portion of the system.

All of the water collected in the perimeter drainage system flows right into the newly installed SuperSump Plus! This sump pump features a powerful Zoeller pump, offering reliability and high-volume pumping.
Powerful Dehumidifier Installed
Over time, with so much moisture and humidity lingering in the space, Diane's basement became humid and musty. But after installing the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, that's no longer the case since it eliminated the muggy feeling caused by high humidity!
