Interior Perimeter Drainage System Added
The WaterGuard drainage system is designed not only to capture water directed down from the CleanSpace Wall System via its wall flange but also to capture any moisture seepage that leaks along the wall-floor joint in Colleen's basement.
Walls Wrapped in the CleanSpace Wall System
By adding the CleanSpace Wall System to Colleen's basement, it not only brightens the space but also creates an effective moisture and vapor barrier that forces all wall seepage and moisture down into the perimeter drain system.
Upgraded Sump Pump and Discharge
We were able to swap out Colleen's old pump for a Zoeller cast-iron one! This ensures that her basement stays dry thanks to the system's reliability and its ability to handle large volumes of water.
