Cracked and Damaged Walls
This was just one of the large cracks that Jim and Cheryl had been dealing with. The constant water seepage had caused stains and damage to the walls and floors in their basement.
Foundation Wall Crack Repaired
To repair the crack and plug it, an Xypex system was used. Then, a panel of our BrightWall was added to help ensure any possible moisture seepage was directed down into the perimeter drainage system.
Perimeter Drainage System
The WaterGuard drainage system was a smarter alternative to a traditional French drain system for Jim and Cheryl's basement. This interior drain solution was installed along the perimeter of the basement where water naturally collects.
TrenchDrain In Front of Stairs
To prevent water from flowing into the basement by the stairs, a TrenchDrain was added. It has a grated opening that allows the system to collect water from the floor and then redirects it to the perimeter drain and into the sump pump.
Sump Pump System Upgraded
The SuperSump was an effective solution for Jim and Cheryl's basement. Since they did not suffer from flooding, this was a good option for their home, providing total protection and helping keep their basement dry even during heavy rains!
