Just wanted to let you know we did not get a drop of water in the basement during Saturday's downpour. Sump was going off about every 5 minutes during the worst of it but everything worked as promised. Needless to say, I am extremely happy about that, and the fact that we had the work done when we did. To say it was money well spent is an understatement.
