Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This Amherst crawl space allowed water and cold air into the home. By encapsulating with our CleanSpace system and insulating with SilverGlo, the moisture and outside air can no longer affect this home.

We kept the moisture out of this crawlspace with CleanSpace, so now these homeowners won't have to worry about mold or other water damage!

With the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System your crawl space is protected under warranty for TWENTY-FIVE years!

This wet and cold crawl space under an Amherst, NY home became the perfect home for several families of frogs before Frank’s Basement Systems came out! After helping these frogs find a new, more suitable home, we installed our CleanSpace system and SilverGlo wall insulation. Together, these products help seal out moisture and cold air, creating a dry, warm space below this community center!

After experiencing moisture issues in the crawl space, our team encapsulated the space by installing a vapor barrier, along with lining the walls with new insulation. In addition, a sump pump was installed to keep the space dry.
