Bob, a homeowner in North Tonawanda, NY, called in because the crawl space under his sunroom was smelly and had a ton of dampness. Our crew came in and installed a complete crawl space encapsulation system with our patented CleanSpace liner and TerraBlock insulated floor panels. 

Jay wanted to waterproof and insulate his crawl space, so the experts at Frank's Basement System came out to help. We installed SilverGlo insulation along all the walls to keep the crawl space insulated. To prevent moisture from seeping in, we added the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier. Now, Jay's crawl space is insulated, dry, and healthy—the way a crawl space should be!

The stone walls of this Wilson home leaked enough water to cause puddles on the basement floor. A new WaterGuard drainage system and CleanSpace vapor barrier put a stop to the water once and for all.
