The crawl space under Mary’s spare bedroom used to be home to pests and moisture. Now this space is once again clean and pest-free!

After the old floor joists rotted out and the floor caved in above the crawlspace, Frank's Basement Systems replaced them. We also encapsulated the crawlspace below, sealing it to prevent moisture from seeping in and ruining the new joists. Now David can refinish the floors and have this room in the home back once again!
