Challenge
This homeowner had just purchased their home and was thrilled to find the home had a finished basement! The previous homeowner, however, had finished the basement in order to hide that one of the corner walls was sinking into the footer of the home!
Solution
After contacting Frank's Basement Systems for a free inspection and estimate - it was determined that helical piers would be needed to lift and stabilize the home. Then, Xypex crack repair was applied to all fractures to ensure no water would enter the space.
