Large Foundation Crack

Crack Patched and Plugged
A fast-setting, hydraulic cement-like compound, Xypex Patch'n Plus, was used to repair the crack. It not only sealed the crack but also stopped water from flowing!
Waterproofing The Repair
A BrightWall Panel was installed over the repaired crack to help ensure that any seepage is directed down to the perimeter drainage system installed below.
WaterGuard To Keep It Dry
The WaterGuard drainage system was installed directly below those BrightWall panels. It collects any water seepage and directs it to the home's drainage system, leaving the floor nice and dry!
