Steve, a homeowner in Lewiston, NY, noticed water seeping into his basement, so much that his existing sump pump could not handle it. Our crew came in and installed a patented TripleSafe sump pump with an additional battery backup.
Before Josh moved into his home in Lewiston, NY, he believed that the previous owners had fixed the crack and ensured that no water would come through it. But after moving in, he began to notice water coming through the supposedly thick crack. So he reached out to our Team here at Frank's Basement Systems to come back and fix the crack so it would stop leaking water. Our Team used a Xypex repair system, which is a cement compound used to seal, patch, and repair any defects in the surrounding concrete while stopping the flow of water. After application, you are left with a sealed crack that will prevent any further water from coming through. Thanks to the Team here at Frank’s Basement Systems, the crack in Josh’s basement that he initially thought was fixed and sealed is now properly repaired!

This Grand Island home had a small river flowing from the wall to the existing sump pump. The pump was replaced with a more reliable SuperSump pump and UltraSump battery back up pump. A full basement waterproofing system including WaterGuard interior drainage, BrightWall wall panels, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed to permanently protect against water.
