Lynn started to notice water in the basement of her home in Dunkirk, NY. The Team at Frank’s Basement Systems went in and installed FlowGuard®, a thin floor weeping tile system that features a narrow drainage channel system that easily fits under the concrete slab with a flange that extends upward to collect water. Now, all this water will be drained into a newly installed SuperSump® Premier Sump Pump System, replacing a drainage hole in the basement floor. What makes the SuperSump Pump truly effective is that it is a complete system. The actual pump sits in a SuperLiner with an airtight lid, ensuring there are no open holes in the basement. This system also features a cast-iron pump capable of handling large water volumes and a WaterWatch® Alarm that will alert Lynn if water levels rise. Now, Lynn's basement is dry and worry-free thanks to our Team! 

Edward’s crawlspace in his home in Forestville was once forgotten and used only for storing items. But after mold was discovered in the space, he knew he needed to do something to prevent the problem from returning or becoming worse.  Our Team went in and encapsulated the whole space using products from the CleanSpace® Crawl Space System. First, they laid down CleanSpace Crawl Space Drainage Matting System, which is a dimpled mat designed to prevent water from building up underneath and to allow it to flow to a perimeter drain. After the CleanSpace Crawl Space Vapor Barrier was installed, it is a bright white, thick, and durable liner that covers the floor and walls of the space, keeping water and moisture out. Plus, the inorganic material of the liner includes UltraFresh™. This material is an anti-mold additive, meaning mold will never grow on the liner. Now Edwards' crawl space is dry, mold-free, and worry-free, thanks to Frank’s Basement Systems.

What was a damp and musty space under this house in Silver Creek is now clean and dry after a CleanSpace® Crawl Space system was installed. The system installed consisted of the CleanSpace Crawl Space Matting, TerraBlock™, and CleanSpace liner.
