Adrian's crawl space used to be damp, dark, and just an unusable space in his home. But after our team here at Frank's Basement Systems came out and installed the CleanSpace Drainage Matting and the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, the crawl space transformed into a drier, brighter space, perfect for storage!

Frank’s Basement Systems helped turn Andrew’s basement, which had been dealing with water intrusion and, in turn, ruining his floors, into a cleaner, brighter space. Our crew installed BrightWall panels and the WaterGuard drainage system to help give Andrew the dry basement he had been wanting!

This Hamburg basement is now permanently waterproofed. The CleanSpace antimicrobial sheets on the wall will prevent moisture from entering through the walls and the patented WaterGuard drainage system will keep water under the floor.

An efficient sump pump system is critical to a dry basement. All of our sump pumps are low profile and sealed to keep your basement dry all the time!

Crawl spaces with dirt floors are prone to flooding. Without an interior drainage, it will be a recurring problem. Thanks to a new system with encapsulation, this crawlspace is permanently protected.
