Lynn was starting the process of selling her home in Williamsville, NY. But before she could put it on the market, she needed to address the water seeping into the crawlspace below her house. This crawlspace has a cement floor, meaning that to waterproof the space and keep it dry, we could install a full perimeter of WaterGuard® Basement Drainage System. This system works to capture all of the moisture coming from walls or leaks along the wall and floor joint through inlet holes in the system. Now, to keep all of that water out of the space, we installed a SmartSump™ Crawl Space Sump Pump. This sump pump is specifically designed to be installed in a crawlspace and will help reduce water buildup and prevent flooding in the space. Since this crawlspace is not a space that the new homeowners will be in daily, it was important to install both the WaterGuard and the SmarSump for peace of mind. Now they do not have to worry about any unexpected water issues in the crawlspace of their new home!

Adrian's crawl space used to be damp, dark, and just an unusable space in his home. But after our team here at Frank's Basement Systems came out and installed the CleanSpace Drainage Matting and the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, the crawl space transformed into a drier, brighter space, perfect for storage!

Water seepage won’t be an issue for Karina anymore thanks to Frank’s Basmnet Systems! We installed a complete perimeter for the WaterGuard drainage system, fixed several leaky wall cracks with Xypex and BrightWall panels, and upgraded her sump pump to a SuperSump Plus. Now, this basement can stay dry and usable for years to come!

This Hamburg basement is now permanently waterproofed. The CleanSpace antimicrobial sheets on the wall will prevent moisture from entering through the walls and the patented WaterGuard drainage system will keep water under the floor.
