Dear Mangement of Frank's Basements, After a recent experience with your company, I feel compelled to write about my perceptions of your business. I was truly not looking forward to the experience of having our crawl space "enveloped." What a disruption to my life and routine were my exact thoughts! How wrong can one person be? Your work crew arrived at my home exactly as promised. The forman Leo introduced himself and briefly outlined the planned activity for the day and the week...stating it would most likely take about 9 days to complete. From the first to the last day, every man who worked at the house was incredibly quiet, polite, and thoughtful. On day one when they crawled into our crawlspace, a most unpleasant place, I thought "here comes the grumbling." Never a word was heard...never! No loud voices, nio swearing, no vulgarity...nothing but polite conversation in a quiet voice. At each day's end, the clean up was so thorough you would not have even known workmen were there. I actually began to look forward to having them come in, that's how pleasant they were. They treated me and my husband, as well as our home with the utmost respect and regard. Thank you for this pleasant experience. It is not often a company maintains a workforce such as this. Leo and his crew were exceptional, what a joy to have thme do the work.

I checked your reputation and was happy with what people are saying and your experience and length of service. You came out and replaced my sump pump. I was satisfied with a job well done.

You repaired and sealed eight basement wall cracks, replaced existing crack and sump pump with triple safe super sump. Everyone was excellent. I hired you because of your reputation and the way you conducted business from the first call. One week after the installation our town had over 5" of rain in about a four hour period and we had no water in the basement. Three weeks later over 3" of rain overnight and still no water - GREAT JOB!

You repaired five cracks in my basement area. I attempted to contact a company that did previous cracks (that are now leaking!) and found Frank's. I'll use you for any future problems - absolutely! The foreman I spoke to about the job was VERY GOOD about following up on scheduling our basement work.   P.S. - We've had rain since the leaks were fixed and our basement is DRY!

We recently had our basement drain tile dug up and new lines run along with a sump pump and backup water system. We would like to tell you how pleased we are with the job and the great crew that did it. Chris, Austin, Jesse and Zach did an excellent job. They were very personable and polite and had a good sense of camaraderie as they worked. They patiently answered all my questions and kept me updated on the progress of the project. They cleaned the basement before they left each day. They were very safety conscious, not only for each other, but for me as well, letting me know if the floor was wet or if I should not step somewhere. Even though it was Christmas week, they worked diligently and went above and beyond by dumping some of the old stone they took out of our basement at the apron of our driveway to fill a couple of low spots. Our basement is dry and looks like new. Thanks for sending such a conscientious team of workers to our home.

I want to compliment Craig on the work he did at me home on January 12th. He did an excellent job. The way he cleaned up after the job was done was a pleasant surprise. My belated thanks to Frank's Basements. The attached file shows a stage of my basement wall repair: from the discovery of the leaks, to your repair, and to the steps in the "dressing-up" process. Through the entire process Franks delivered again!  I appreciate your quick response to my call for help. Once more, Craig did a superb repair! You and he are both wonderful salesman for Frank's; both of you are always concerned with the customers needs and deliver what you promise.  Craig's attitude certainly shows his joy in his work and confidence in his ability to deliver a quality product. I enjoyed his singing while he worked and his willingness to explain what he was doing. I want to thank Andrew for his wonderful service in helping my whole house sleep better.  He came to resolve an issue with our sump pump which was keeping us all awake at night. The noise was even the most recent reason our 7 year old claimed she couldn’t stay in her bed at night. He was on time, very willing to answer my questions as well as the curious questions from my daughter, and had great follow up. Thank you Andrew!
